As the year is coming to the end, it doesn’t mean we should wait until December 31st to start making changes! The time is now and we should be taking advantage of our free time and always be setting goals, no matter when it is.
Before the year ends, I’m getting all of my wellness goals together and making sure I’m on a healthy schedule so come January 1st, I’m running towards the finish line and accomplishing them all.
I started out with some personal health and wellness goals that started with taking vitamins, working out, and having a healthier diet. As I started taking more care of my health, I realized that my feminine health was just as important!
After working out and going through a hot Summer I learned of how prevalent yeast infections are and how so many things could aggravate my feminine hygiene. I then started to learn of the importance of probiotics and how beneficial they are for vaginal health. I really wanted to share this with all of you because it’s honestly so important to not only take care of ourselves but our vaginal health as well.
I soon learned of RepHresh and all of it’s benefits and knew this was something I had to introduce to you guys if you don’t already take probiotics. Their Pro-B probiotic product is clinically shown to balance yeast & bacteria and can help maintain a healthy vaginal pH. I take one pill daily and it helps me take control of my feminine health every day by balancing my pH.
Honestly, after using this for a few weeks now, I feel that it has made a difference. I feel a lot more confident in my body and in my ability to take care of my feminine health and after the year we’ve had it’s made me realize how important we should be taking our health. We should all be setting goals for ourselves, especially health and wellness goals to help us stay happy, healthy, and with a balanced pH!
Make your vaginal health care a priority this year and start incorporating RepHresh products into your daily care routine.
