Trend Alert for 2016: Neck Ties! If theres one thing to be happen about, its that we can officially dress like Serena Van Der Woodsen (reference to Gossip Girl). If you’ve seen or heard of the show you would know that Serena and Blair were fashion icons in the show. Serena being popular for her love of neck ties.
